Happy April!
April is my favorite Month of the year. Not only is it my Birthday Month (April 22nd to be exact) but my favorite flower, the Tulip, pops up all over town. Everything is turning green and blooming! Spring has Sprung and I absolutely love it!
I am glad to be able to retire the chili, stews and winter recipes for now and start endulging myself with fresh, organic ingredients! Everything from Orecchiette pasta with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and mozarella cheese to honey glazed salmon with sauteed asparagus. It gets me thinking of all the wonderful items I can create for Catering!
I decided to keep it fresh and run another salad special and also a Wrap as well. So make sure you keep reading to see what we have going on this Month.

Salad Special- Spinach Salad
Fresh Spinach, Strawberries, pecans and crumbled goat cheese. Served with a Balsamic Vinegrette.
Wrap Special- Chicken Avocado Club
Grilled Chicken, avocado, bacon, spinach and tomatoes finished off with our homemade garlic mayo.
Did you know….
You can sub out chips in our box lunches for a side salad, potato salad or pasta salad, it only cost $1.00 more to sub these items. What a great way to spice up that box lunch.
