• You could also do a combo (sandwich, drink, fries or chips) for $3.99 for the month of February 

GOOD IDEA, We will look into that ~JJ

• Free chilli cheese fries if a person can give the full name of President Obama and name the first name of his wife and two girls.

I like that too, We will look into that ~JJ

• The dining area is too bright with late day sun. Blinds or something to filter sunlight would improve the dining in experience. Brier Creek Location Raleigh,NC tx, B.Boyce

I will check that out further, our new dining area has a special reflective film on the windows just for that reason ~JJ

• I would have chosen the "scratch off" option if all scratch off's won some type of prize. We are going to do this in the future and just about everyone will be a winner of some sort~JJ
• Have a specific night for kid's meal special e.g. Golden Corral and some other places offer kid's meals on Tuesdays for $0.99 with every adult meal purchased...but since other restaurants do this also you may want to make it a different night such as Mondays or Thursdays. Fridays would even be good since alot of family's eat out on Fridays.  We are all over this ~JJ
• Send my vouchers, please.  Which vouchers - Call my office please 919.334.6991 ~JJ
• discount coupons  In addition to February's Economic Relief Package we have a Money Mailer going out and we will be distributing vouchers in the store ~JJ
• Lower the price of the hot dogs: they are good, but $3.99???? I am a pleaser, but that foot long Nathan's Original Dog cost me almost that much to put out.  We do it as loss leader because it was requested and people love it - My advice Load up on FREE Toppings~JJ
• giveaway free food to those who subscribe We are all over this ~JJ
• do something REALLY BIG (really big gift certificate giveaway) on the day of the opening of the new expansion We are making the whole weekend a blow out, I really wanted to do the chance for the $10,000 giveaway but my guests voted differently ~JJ
• Free drink with sandwich GOOD IDEA, We will look into that ~JJ
• Prices are a little too high. Over $9 for Sandwich, Fries and a drink. I would like to come more ofter but just can not afford it.  That is the toughest comment of all I think only one or two items end up that way.  Our sandwiches are huge, fries always overflowing but the reality is - food cost is up, distribution costs are up, we have great people which we take really good care of ...it all adds up. My suggestion is use every email and offer I throw out there, being in the club saves you easily 25% over those not in the know.  Also, I have promotion right now if you call and leave me a good message I will buy you a sandwich  - Call the hotline 800.886.2607~JJ

• I've been reluctant to take advantage of email promotions ever since a cashier claimed not to know what I was talking about when I referred to one (something similar to this month's dance-for-the-cashier, but I believe it was to kiss for Valentine's Day or something along those lines).Our staff is well aware of this comment, as a team we work real hard to communicate these things.  We have a Manager, Sharon, in the store that has been there for some time and she is all over this stuff.  You come and have a laugh and I guarantee we will take care of you ~JJ
• I loved the drawing for a free month of sandwiches. Of course, I would have loved it even more if I had won. LOL.We are going to continue this, it is one of my favorites also! ~JJ

As you can see I do not sensor your comments, these are all the ones we received and I love it, I am also not afraid to go to bat for our great little slice of heaven and our people.  I truly love your comments and suggestions and welcome them anytime.
